Thank you for visiting my website. I was born and raised in a large, Italian-American Catholic family in Syracuse, New York.

I am an artist, poet, writer and teacher. For the past 15 years, I have been teaching memoir writing at Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina, at The Warehouse Performing Arts Center in Cornelius, and at numerous other workshop locations.  My heritage is the inspiration for an upcoming memoir My Father’s Daughter: From Rome to Sicily. It was a Novello Literary Award Finalist, once entitled Finding Bottom: an Italian-American woman’s journey to the old country. I have also authored the full-length poetry book, Facing the Dragon, and the chapbook, In This Dream Everything Remains Inside.

Check out my bio to see where my poems and prose have been published.

I appreciate you exploring my site. Come back often for future updates.
